My Creative Space

Not much progress to report in my creative space this week.

I have managed to ink in the boys but between endless games of chess and snakes & ladders, creating various forms of slime (I bet you're tres jealous about that one), twisting a rainbow of pipe cleaners, snipping and gluing an assortment of felt squares and baking cupcakes in preparation for the end of the world, well, my patient little boys have had to sit quietly waiting in the corner for a snippet of love and attention.

Soon my wee ones, soon I will fill your world with colour.

For more lovely creative spaces, mosey on over to Kirstys, but please, take a few cupcakes with you, we're a little cupcaked out.

  9. @numberchic : Sorry I'm not further along. School holidays, eek.

@Liesl : Thanks, the colour will be fun. The slime came in a kit for Le Artiste's birthday. But I'm sure I've seen a recipe somewhere using cornflour if you do a Google search.

@Selina & Amanda & Kirsty : Thank-you lovely ladies for stopping by and leaving such nice comments :)

  10. take your time, seriously, it's been an expensive few weeks, flat screen tv, coffee table, tv cabinet, dishwasher, hospital and doctors bills, new anti-dust mite covers for Rowdy's bed and of course now the dryer has died. There is a conspiracy amongst whitegoods against me. Oh plus we have to get a leather lounge because of Rowdy's allergies. Yay. More expense. What else is left? Not much really - a few things but I won't mention them for fear of jinxing myself!!

And so I keep working day and night. I keep coming back to look at the pics to brighten my spirits. Just love them.
